From our first meeting we felt that we had a good rapport and that we were in the right hands. She helped us identify our must haves, must nots and what we were prepared to be flexible on and then presented us with places to view. She would send us videos of places she inspected (before we would need to physically inspect). Not only were these videos thorough but were a great resource to look back on as and when needed. Throughout the process Jen was really thorough, professional and friendly. She gave us a lot of helpful insights into the market and the sales process but the most useful part for us was on the preparation and finalising of offers. She made sure we were organised to ensure an offer had the best chance of success (and it was nice to have someone on our side when negotiating). After the exchange we thought that would be it, but Jen has continued to assist us the entire way through to settlement, still dealing with lawyers, agents and anything else that might come up.
