I found my dream apartment but it wasn’t so simple. The area was hot with a constant stream of buyers filing through the open houses. The agent was playing games – no guide, no comparatives, no offers before auction. I had come up against Jen in my last property search and had observed her track record first-hand. I knew I needed her in my corner to talk over my research, cut through the agent’s b/s and then handle the auction itself. Her insights really helped me keep stress levels low, enjoy the absurdity of the situation and most importantly put together a winning strategy. I secured the property well within my budget, got my free time back on Saturdays and most importantly I can now look forward to moving into my perfect new apartment.

After a few false starts, we were recommended Jen by family.
